Forms & Agreements
All forms can be submitted to Lake Sonoma Marina’s Billing Office or to the Marina directly. Please call to confirm the receipt of any faxed or emailed form.
12 Month Berthing License Agreement
Lake Sonoma Marina’s Annual Dockage is a minimum of 12 months.
This membership comes with a Lifetime Membership, excluding you from all Membership Fees with Lake Sonoma Marina for a lifetime.
It also offers a lower rate than other memberships. 12 month members have first priority to premium slips (if available) and comes with the standard 5% discount in the marina store and a parking and membership pass.
6 Month Berthing Agreement
Lake Sonoma Marina’s Seasonal Dockage is a minimum of 6 months.
Seasonal members receive the standard 5% discount in the marina store and a parking and membership pass.
Short Term Berthing License Agreement
Lake Sonoma Marina’s Short Term Dockage is a month-to-month agreement. Based on availability.
Short term members are required to pay in full upon signing. No discount is available for this membership.
Trailer Storage Agreement
On site trailer storage is available on a month-to-month basis.
Dry Storage Agreement
On site dry boat storage is available on a month-to-month basis.
ACH Application
We offer ACH (bank transfer) payments with no additional fees.
This form requires a bank account number and routing number.
Monthly paying customers are required to set up automatic monthly payments by ACH.
Monthly billing is offered in hardship cases and with approval only.
Annual Ramp Pass - $450
(Vehicle & Trailer)
The Annual Ramp Pass grants access for ONE (1) vehicle and trailer to our private Marina launch ramp, without having to pay a day use fee at each visit. Valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
This does not allow parking in our designated slip holder parking lot.
Annual Day Use Pass - $250
(Vehicle only; includes hand launch)
The Annual Day Use Pass grants access for ONE (1) vehicle (hand launch acceptable) to our private Marina launch ramp, without having to pay a day use fee at each visit. Valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
This does not allow parking in our designated slip holder parking lot.
Request to Vacate Form
To ensure our billing records are correct, please fill out a Request To Vacate form before removing your boat from the marina and make all final payments in the Marina Store. If we don’t receive a Request to Vacate form, you will continue to be billed until we are notified.
This form needs to be filled out in person the day the boat is removed.
